Private Practice Associateship
Position Details
- Reliable stream of referrals for associates to receive on a consistent basis
- Training in a private practice setting
- Being exposed to a wide range of clients and psychotherapy situations
- Weekly supervision provided by the owner of IPG directly
- Supervisor is available for support throughout the day and night
- The owner of IPG provides training and support to assist the continuity of your clinical skills development
- Experience and insight into the world of running a private practice
- Opportunity to offer presentations to other clinics
- Opportunities to run process and psychoeducational groups
- Opportunity for long-term employment
- Pay is $15-$40 per hour, depending on clinical practice workload, plus quarterly bonuses

Requirements
- Registered Associate MFT or Associate PCC in the state of California
- Willingness to work progressively toward a full practice of 20-25 clients per week
- Must have a natural aptitude for communicating compassionately
- Must show that you are promptly responsive, highly detailed-oriented, reliable, and very responsible
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Incredible attention to detail
- Passion for working with clients
- Ability to give and receive feedback regularly
- Ability to offer LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy
- Computer knowledge is a requirement for this hybrid teletherapy/in-person practice
- Ability to stay with the practice for a minimum of two years, with the possibility of long-term employment
- Associates are required to be available from 8 AM – 8 PM Monday – Friday, with the expectation to work no more than 30 hours per week within the time frame of those hours.

Leor Ram is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 115538), a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC 7354), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP). He is the owner of Integrative Psychotherapy Group.
Integrative Psychotherapy Group is a Beverly Hills based practice dedicated to offering a breadth of psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, families, and groups. We utilize contemporary psychodynamic principles to help clients address their concerns and take a depth-focused approach toward therapy. Our goal is to help clients gain insight into both past and present experiences in order to empower themselves to make informed choices that lead to meaningful change. Sessions are currently held both in-person and via telehealth.
